As you are aware, many states across the country have issued directions for a lock down until 31st March 2020. There is an unprecedented shutdown of all facilities, shops & establishments, trains and public transport among the many actions taken by the governments towards controlling the pandemic.
As an outcome of the lock down, Team LaCarene remains prepared to ensure a consistent quality of service towards our customers and given the complexity of the environment & also keeping in view the safety of our employees, our premises will also remain closed till 31st March 2020.

New Restrictions impacting order delivery

This is to inform you that in the wake of this global pandemic of Coronavirus (COVID-19), With new restrictions and precautionary measures being imposed by the Govt. of India to curb the spread of the virus. The delivery services are being impacted in many areas of the country.
Kindly bare with us. If you are unable to receive the package for any reason, kindly inform us prior to shipping and we will hold the package for you.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive the tracking number via sms, so please do coordinate with the respective courier company/delivery person to ensure that you receive the package without delay as multiple delivery attempts may not be possible at this time.

Precautionary measures being taken

In these uncertain times, the safety and well-being of our customers and employees remain our top priority. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to affect our communities, we would like to share some immediate steps we have taken to help keep our customers and employees safe and healthy.
In order to maintain uninterrupted service for our customers, our team is closely following guidelines from the ICMR, WHO, and the Indian government’s health advisories and we have taken the following actions to date.
- We’re monitoring our distribution center to ensure all the right cleaning supplies are always stocked and used to it’s full capacity.
- Increased frequency of sanitation and cleaning of our distribution center and especially in high traffic areas.
- All staff handling product, packaging and forwarding of your orders are mandated to wear disposable gloves and respiratory masks as an additional precautionary measure.
- All employees have been recommended to take precautionary health measures, including frequent hand washing and sanitation, staying home when sick, social distancing, and pausing all non-essential travel.
