Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. By placing your order on our website, you are agreeing to these terms

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Typically all orders are processed within 10-12 business days. Processing time is in addition to the Transit time mentioned for the shipping method. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders processing time may be increased by a few days but the customer will be notified by phone and or email. Shipments may also be slightly delayed in transit by a few days, this is beyond our control. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is any significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. given below are approximate rates (subject to change without prior notice)

Please note that delays in delivery can occasionally occur and beyond our control. 

Shipment to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Lacarenes.com ships to all postal residential and office addresses within India’s mainland. but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses under any circumstances. If a customer enters a third-party or forwarder address as their delivery address when placing an order, they are doing so at their own risk. LaCarenes.com’s legal and financial duties cease when the product is delivered to the shipping address specified in the order.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Note to Customers choosing to Pay Cash on Delivery (COD)

1) If this is your first order, our support staff may call or message you at +919591516857 or 08048652947 to reconfirm your order and delivery address. If we can’t reach you with the contact details provided, your order will be automatically cancelled. 

2) COD Orders can be cancelled anytime BEFORE the dispatch of your shipment. A courtesy call or WhatsApp message will be sent to you when your order is READY FOR SHIPPING so you can make the necessary arrangements to pay in advance and confirm your acceptance so that we can ship the same to your location. 

Once the order is shipped to you the customer, it is shipped in the customer’s name and It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier company, accept the order and hand over the COD amount to the delivery person. In the event of the customer refusing to take delivery of their order or delay in payment, we reserve the right to restrict COD payment for future orders from said customers, we may also terminate customer access to our website as per the agreed terms and conditions listed on our website. 

Shipment Mode or Courier Company

We reserve the right to choose to ship your products by any courier company (subject to availability for your location) or shipping mode (Surface or Air) without any prior notice. In exceptional circumstances or if you have paid the shipping charges, then we may give you an option (at our sole discretion) of your preferred courier company based on your location or circumstances.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

All products sold on Lacarenes.com are legally imported with duty paid. Appropriate GST rates will apply and be calculated at checkout.

Hence we are not responsible for any additional statutory levies and taxes applied to your order by local government bodies. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Pre-Order & Back Order

Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks lead time for delivery of your products as they need to be imported from the manufacturer overseas and require additional time.

Special Order

Products Categorised as a “special order”, is an item that is not available in our local warehouse and will be specially imported on request for a customer. Please allow approximately 15 – 20 days lead time for delivery of your products.

Damages

Lacarenes.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Note: Please do not accept a shipment if the package is opened or tampered with.

International Shipping Policy

Sorry, we currently do not ship outside India.

We can consider it as a special case for offline orders, so do email your requirement to order@lacarenes.com with the subject “International Order Request” and we will contact you shortly.

Note: For International Orders, The price of the product excluding tax and shipping charges will be charged. Customers are responsible for the local Import duty, local taxes and other related charges that are applicable as per the destination country’s regulations.

Returns Policy

Please read our Terms and Conditions and Return & Refund policy prior to placing your order.

Shipping Disputes

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that on receipt of your order/shipment, you are required to record a video before and while opening the package to prove that the package and or products in the shipping box were delivered to you damaged. Our shipments are insured and this is necessary if you need to claim replacements or refunds due to damage during transit. This is a precautionary measure to verify that the shipment has been delivered to you safely and is also mandatory for processing your request for return and refunds for your order.

In the event on NON RECEIPT of shipment or products DAMAGED during transit, the customer is requested to contact us immediately or within a maximum of 12 hours of the DELIVERED SMS being sent and the Status being updated on the order tracking page, We also send email notification to you. Failure to do so will waive the customer’s rights to claim and process the return and refund of said shipment. These terms are also listed in our Terms and Conditions that customers have already agreed to at the time of checkout and placing the order.
