LaCarene Luxury Trading Private Limited is a legally registered importer and trading company, based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. All orders are processed through our warehouse in Bangalore, with international deliveries handled by trusted courier partners.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 7–12 business days.
- India Deliveries: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Deliveries: Standard international shipping usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
- Please note: Shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, courier disruptions, or peak season demand. For details, please read our Shipping Policy.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by sending clear photographs and following the instructions provided by our team.
Due to the nature of luxury and personalised print-on-demand products, not all items are eligible for return. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy for full details before placing your order.
Log in to My Account, go to the Address Tab, update your shipping address, and save the changes before placing an order.
If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us immediately at [support@lacarenes.com](mailto:support@lacarenes.com). If the order has not yet been processed, we will update the address for you.
If the order has already been shipped, you can contact the courier company directly using your tracking number to request redelivery. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it once the new address is confirmed. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Whenever possible, your items will be shipped together. However, if your order contains items from different categories (for example, luxury beauty and print-on-demand products), they may ship separately. If this happens, you will be notified and provided with tracking details for each shipment.
You can track your order in two ways:
- Log in to My Account and check the order status under the Orders tab.
- Use the Order Tracking page on our website with your order ID and email.

Our product prices do not include customs duty, VAT, or other statutory import taxes outside India. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
When your order arrives in your country, the courier company may contact you for identification documents and notify you of any applicable customs fees before delivery.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing order@lacarenes.com.
Please note: Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. For more details, please see our Cancellation Policy.
India Customers: Yes, all orders shipped within India include a GST invoice inside the shipping box.
International Customers: You will receive a standard commercial invoice for customs clearance.
