First, go to My Account page (link located on the header or on the footer on all pages) and Login. Than select Shipping Address and edit the details and press save.

We have not experienced this problem as yet, but if the situation arises you can contact the courier company using the tracking number and pick up the package from their office or request them to deliver to the new location. alternatively, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse and we will reship the order after confirming the new address. additional shipping charges will apply

Yes in most cases all items will be shipped together. if the shipment is split it will be at our own cost, you will be notified prior to shipping.
Yes you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. Just login to your account, select order and cancel. You can also Email us on Order@lacarenes.com and we will do the needful.
If you have paid in advance: you can cancel the order and request a full refund. but if the order has already shipped, than we will deduct the return shipping charges and processing your refund.
If you selected Cash on Delivery: You Can Not cancel your order after it has been shipped as we would incure return shipping charges and COD colection charges from the shipper.
Yes, GST/IGST/SGST will be calculated at checkout and based on the product HSN code and rates prescribed by law. Typically all Cosmetics attract 18% GST.

No, All our product are imported and our retail prices for India are inclusive of Customs Duty and Statuatory Taxes, incurred during the import and clearing process at port.
