Standard Shipping typically takes 4-7 working days. if you have chosen paid Express Shipping it takes between 2 to 4 working days. Variations may apply depending on the delivery location. Please read our Shipping Policy.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We have not experienced this problem as yet, but if the situation arises you can contact the courier company using the tracking number and pick up the package from their office or request them to deliver to the new location. alternatively, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse and we will reship the order after confirming the new address. additional shipping charges will apply

Yes in most cases all items will be shipped together. if the shipment is split it will be at our own cost.andd you will be notified prior to shipping.
