Yes, GST/IGST/SGST will be calculated at checkout and based on the product HSN code and rates prescribed by law. Typically all Cosmetics attract 18% GST.

Yes, Typically all items in your order should ship together. However if One or more of the items is on back order or pre order basis, than they will ship when available, you will be notified at the time of placing your order.

In the Unlikely event that you received a incorrect item in you package. Dont worry we will replace the item free of charge.
Generaly we advice clients not to accept a package if its visably damaged or appears to be tampered with.
If the product is damage, Dont worry, just contact us immidiately and send us photos of the package and the product to show the condition it had arrived. we will replace your product as per our Terms & Conditions
In case of returns, our support team will coordinate with you and arrainge a pick up of the package from your address.

- If you already placed an order with the incorrect shipping address, than contact us immidiately to make the change before it has shipped.
- if the product has shipped, use the tracking number provided to contact and request the courier company to deliver to you or you can pick up the item from their office showing ID proof
- Alternatively the item will be returned to us and we will reship the item to you again, but additional shipping charges will apply
Yes, you can cancel the order before it has been shipped. Login in to your account, select order and cancel or you can contact us with your Order details and we will do the needful.
Yes some beauty brands do allow us to pre sell items. you will see a Notice on the product page (Available Stock – Backorder Allowed). Please note additional lead time for delivery will apply for back orders.
