At LaCarenes.com, we want your shopping experience to be seamless and worry-free. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping (India): Only Select Products are Shipped from our Bangalore Warehouse

  • We process and dispatch orders from our India warehouse within 7–12 business days.
  • Standard domestic delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
  • We provide GST invoices for Indian customers only provided the products are available and shipped from our Indian warehouse.
  • We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

International Shipping – Shipped Directly from the Factories in the USA, UK and Europe.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note the following:

  • Many of our products are shipped directly from our partner factories in the USA, UK, and Europe.
  • Production and order processing may take 3–5 business days before dispatch.
  • International transit typically takes 10–30 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance process.
  • Please allow extra time for production schedules, customs procedures, or courier network delays, which are beyond our control.

Duties and Taxes

  • Our product prices and shipping fees do not include customs duty, VAT/GST, or any other import-related charges.
  • These charges vary by country and remain the responsibility of the customer.
  • The courier company will normally contact you upon arrival in your country to request identification and inform you of any payable charges.

Damaged Products or Transit Issues

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your item arrives damaged, please follow the steps below:

  1. Take clear photographs or a video of the damaged product and packaging.
  2. Email the evidence to support@lacarenes.com within 2–5 days of delivery.
  3. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement of the product. Please note, replacements follow the standard production and shipping timelines.

⚠️ Important: If you report damage after 5 days of delivery, we cannot process replacements or refunds because courier insurance and manufacturer replacement timelines will have expired. All approvals are at the sole discretion of LaCarenes management only.

Split Shipments

We may ship multiple items in your order separately (for example, beauty products and merchandise). In such cases, we will provide multiple tracking numbers at no extra cost.

Delayed Dispatch, Pre-Order & Back Orders

For certain products or pre-orders, please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once we dispatch your order, we will email you a tracking link.
  • You can also view your order status under My Account > Orders on our website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • LaCarenes.com ships to residential and office addresses within mainland India and select international destinations including the USA, Canada, UK, and parts of Europe.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses under any circumstances.
  • If you provide a third-party forwarding address, you accept full responsibility for the delivery. Our responsibility ends once we deliver the product to the shipping address you provided during checkout.

Shipment Confirmation

We will send you a shipment confirmation email once your order ships. Your tracking number becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
