We are Legally registered Importer and Trading company established and operating from Bangalore City, Karnataka State, India.

Typically our orders are processed within 7 to 12 business days and Standard Shipping usually takes 4-6 business days depending on your location. please read our Shipping Policy. We are experiencing delays in processing and shipping of orders for reasons beyond our control.

Yes, if you received an incorrect product or the products arrived damaged you can contact us in 24 hours of receipt by sending photographs and following instructions provided.

Please note due to COVID-19 Pandemic we have amended our return policy since the 1st of March 2020. please read our return policy in detail. 

First, go to My Account page  and Login to your account. Than select Address Tab, scroll down to Shipping Address and edit the details and when finished press save.

We have not experienced this problem as yet, but if the situation arises you can contact the courier company using the tracking number and pick up the package from their office or request them to deliver to the new location. alternatively, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse and we will reship the order after confirming the new address. additional shipping charges will apply

Yes in most cases all items will be shipped together. if the shipment is split it will be at our own cost, you will be notified prior to shipping.

1. Login to My Account. Locate order tab and check your order status.
2. You can also directly go to order tracking page and enter our order id and email to check the status of your order if it has already been shipped. If you are still facing difficulty feel free to contact us at Order@lacarenes.com for updates

Our prices on the website are inclusive of Customs Duty and Statutory Taxes, incurred during the import and clearing process at Bangalore Airport or Inland port. You will not be charged again.

Order Cancellation
Yes you can cancel your order at anytime before shipping. You can email us on Order@lacarenes.com and we will do the needful. 

Note you can not cancel your order after the order is handed over to courier.  Please read our Cancellation Policy 

Yes GST Invoice is provided along with your order and enclosed in the shipping box.
