Orders and Shipping
Orders shipped within India are usually processed and dispatched in 7–12 business days. Standard domestic delivery takes 5–7 business days after dispatch.
International orders ship directly from our factories in the USA, UK, and Europe. Processing takes 3–5 business days, and transit usually takes 10–15 business days depending on your location and customs clearance.

Go to My Account (top right corner on desktop or via the menu on mobile) and select Register/Login. Enter your name and email address to set up your account.
If you face any issues, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the process.
Reset Password: Use the password reset option on the My Account page.
Account Blocked:Too many incorrect password attempts may temporarily block your account. Contact support to reactivate.
Inactive Account: Accounts inactive for 12 months may be automatically deleted. You can register again and we’ll help link your old orders.
If your account was deleted due to inactivity, simply create a new one from the My Account page. Once you register, contact our support team with your old email ID and we’ll reconnect your previous orders where possible.
Log in to My Account > Address Tab to edit or add a new shipping address. If you face any problems, contact support.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. You can also check your order status in My Account > Orders or use our Order Tracking Page with your email and order ID.
No. For your safety, we do not store credit card or payment details. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways.
We only retain your name and contact information for 12 months to make reordering easier. You can update or delete this anytime from your account.
Yes. For customer in India GST/IGST/SGST is applied at checkout based on product category. for further information please email order@lacarenes.com
For all international orders,customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. The courier will contact you for official Identification and estimated amount if such charges apply in your country.
Yes. We ship to India, USA, UK, Canada, and select European countries. Please check our Shipping Policy for details.
In some cases, Yes. However, if your order contains items shipped from different warehouses or factories, we may split shipments. You’ll receive multiple tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations etc.
Returns and Exchanges
Please see our Returns & Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Returns are only processed for defective or damaged items.
If you received the wrong item:
- Take a clear photo of the product.
- Email support@lacarenes.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours.
- Repack the item. We’ll arrange pickup and send the correct item (subject to availability).
If your package is visibly damaged, please refuse delivery. If you accepted it and the product is damaged:
- Take photos or a video of the item and packaging.
- Email us within 5 days of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a free replacement as per our policy (standard lead times will apply).
Do not ship items back yourself. This process varies depending on the country. just contact support@lacarenes.com and we’ll arrange courier pickup where applicable.
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, orders are automatically processed with our factories and cannot be cancelled.
If your order has shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Please read our Cancellation Policy for details.
Contact us immediately before dispatch. If your order has shipped, then it’s out of our hands and the parcel will be returned to us in due time. Once we receive the same we’ll reship your order at your expense. Please read our Shipping Policy
Payment link for the international shipping charges and other fees will be sent to you and after we receive this payment we will forward your order to you.
Only within the first 24 hours provided your order hasn’t been processed, email order@lacarenes.com or reply to your order confirmation. Once shipped, no changes are possible.
Yes, certain products are available on PreOrder Or Backorder. The product page will show this clearly, and additional delivery time will apply.
No, we do not offer exchanges. Most of our products are made-to-order and shipped directly from factories located in different countries. Because of the high international shipping costs and production process, it is not financially viable for us to provide exchange services. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy
