How to use:
For lips, apply Dreamdust Lip and Cheek Loose Glitter on top of lipstick using the brush or fingertips. Starting with a small amount of glitter, tap onto lips with fingertip and blend outward to achieve desired level of sparkle.
For cheeks, apply to the highest points of cheekbones using the applicator or fingertips.
