Full Payment in Advance at the time of placing your order. 

Typically wholesale orders are processed within 10 to 12 business days subject to availablity or Approx 3 to 6 weeks if it’s to be imported especially for the wholesale client. Standard Shipping usually takes another 6-10 for surface couriers depending on your location. please read our Shipping Policy. We are experiencing delays in processing and shipping of orders for reasons beyond our control.

We are Legally registered Importer and Trading company established and operating from Bangalore City, Karnataka State, India.

Yes, under strict conditions.

1) if you received an incorrect product that is different from what was ordered.

2) the products arrived damaged, but you would need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment

3) You would need to send us an uncut and unedited video of the package being opened to show us the condition of the shipping box on arrival (before opening) and also the condition of the products when opened. This is also for insurance purposes and legal purposes. Please note that the exchange of shipment will be done after due diligence and at our sole discretion.

No, Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged under any circumstance

We have not experienced this problem as yet, but if the situation arises you can contact the courier company using the tracking number and pick up the package from their office or request them to deliver to the new location. alternatively, the shipment will be returned to the warehouse and we will reship the order after confirming the new address. additional shipping charges will apply

Currently, we only ship within India. But depending on the country and brand we can consider the same. Please contact us  email wholesale@lacarenes.com

Yes in most cases all items will be shipped together. if the shipment is split it will be at our own cost, you will be notified prior to shipping.

Our prices on the website are inclusive of Customs Duty and Statutory Taxes, incurred during the import and clearing process at Bangalore Airport or Inland port. You will not be charged again.

Order Cancellation
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order just by sending us an email at wholesale@lacarenes.com and we will do the needful. Cancellation of 3 to 5% and Restocking Fee of 10% will apply, Bank transaction fees of 5% will also be deducted before the refunding monies paid

Note you can not cancel your order after the order is handed over to the courier.  Please read our Cancellation Policy 

Yes, 18% GST is applicable on most beauty products. The invoice is provided along with your order and enclosed in the shipping box. If the Invoice value of the goods shipped eWay Bill is also provided for the shippment
