How to use:
Apply MAGNETIC LUMINOUS EYE COLOR in PRISM on the eyelid as a base
Add MAGNETIC MATTE EYE COLOR in LILAC SKY on outer corners then close to upper and lower bottom lashes and smudge with brush or fingers for a subtle wash of color
